Experience with both direct sales and sales management, CRM implementation, ERP Implementation, marketing for intangible services and manufacturing products (B2B), new business analysis, business development, and big picture strategy all while handling day to day “classic CFO” duties.

I started as a bookkeeper at the age of 21, installed my first ERP during a conversion from a manual accounting system to computer based, while studying to get my MBA. Doing day to day practical accounting work while simultaneously studying the technical aspects of accounting etched a deep understanding of accounting that is impossible to forget. As a small business owner and the person totally responsible for accounting, I learned how to control costs and scrutinize every expense to ensure the company made the maximum amount of money possible. With my technical background, I always looked for ways to make things more efficient using the latest technology.

Once the business had an efficient and smoothly operating accounting process, accounting simply didn’t take up that much of my time, so I then focused on sales and marketing and figured out how to grow the business. I became good at writing basic marketing plans, cold calling, managing salespeople, CRM, and digital marketing. I scaled the sales and profits of several businesses and retired at the age of 40. In 2019 I realized that I really missed the day-to-day activity of running and growing a business and decided to rejoin the workforce. In 2022 I decided to open Ridotto with the simple goal of helping other businesses in any way I can to reduce expenses, improve efficiency, and drive revenue. I’d love to help you too.
